Last Summer at Bluefish Cove
Written in 1980 by Jane Chambers, Last Summer at Bluefish Cove is considered to be the first American mainstream theatrical piece to focus on lesbians and queer women. Taking place at a beachside vacation spot, the play focuses on the friendships and romances of the queer women that stay there annually.
