Theme: Creating a Path Forward: Supporting Reconciliation in Organizations Serving Children and Families
This series of lunch-and-learn sessions is designed to help CEOs and executive directors of organizations serving children and families, including Indigenous-serving organizations that are not Indigenous-led, understand the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's (TRC) Calls to Action and identify practical ways to align their work with reconciliation principles.
Facilitated by: Rhonda Barraclough with guests.

Build foundational knowledge about the TRC Calls to Action and explore their relevance to organizations serving children and families.
Session 2: Building Cultural Safety in Organizations - February 5
Equip leaders with tools to promote cultural safety and inclusivity within their organizations.
Session 3: Impact, outcomes and evaluation with guest speaker Jacqlyn Padavell - February 26
Highlighting the impact that services have on users of the services. Examples from the Well-Being Toolkit and funders are showing the wisdom of understanding impact.
Session 4: Partnering with Indigenous Communities- Relationship, Relationship, Relationship - March 19
Explore ways to engage Indigenous communities meaningfully and respectfully in organizational planning and service delivery.
