The evening will begin at 5:45pm in the Career Center with a seasonal beverage.

Lychee Slushy Ice Cream Float with Li Hing Mui
lychee ice puree, vanilla ice cream, li hing mui powder, coconut lime cookie garnish

Amuse
Mini Crab Taco with Sweet Chili Sauce
Dungeness crab, crispy wonton shells, sweet chili sauce, chive

Course 1
Green Onion Pancake Ginger Salad
handmade green onion pancakes, herb salad, sesame ginger dressing

Course 2
Soy Braised Short Ribs with Star Anise and Smashed Garlic Potatoes
slow cooked short rib in savory soy, star anise and Shaoxing wine, Yukon gold garlic smashed potatoes, and steamed baby bok choy

Course 3
Mandarin Orange Tea Cake with Almond Brittle
vanilla chiffon cake, brown sugar whipped cream, mandarin orange segments, earl grey caramel sauce, caramelized almond brittle

**Our Chef Dinner is a student led activity. We are restricted to making menu accommodations for vegetarian requests only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
