Engage your inner culinarian as you select, slice and artfully arrange a colorful variety of farm-fresh veggies and regional offerings. Cold pickling is a quick, easy and delicious way to preserve and enhance vegetables, ready to nosh in just a few days, and full of bright, beautiful colors as well as all the vitamins and minerals those fresh veggies provide.

For this class, attendees can choose from a variety of Wild Heart Sipping Vinegars as the base for their pickling, with a host of spices so each jar will be unique to its creator. Each guest goes home with FOUR beautiful pint jars of fresh, cold-pickling veggies they have created.
