Art Therapy Group Dec 6
Please join us for an evening of art therapy to help release stress and connect to others who are doing similar work. We will begin promptly at 6pm with an opening circle, followed by guided meditation and then art making (intuitive process painting) for the remainder of our time together, followed by clean up and a closing circle. ADA accessible bathroom on the 4th floor. Room doors and hallways are wide and can accommodate a wheelchair. Building has an elevator. All bathrooms are single stall, gender neutral. Space is on the #15 bus line. Drop off directly in front of the door is available, but parking is on-street only.
