The evening will begin at 5:45pm outside in the Career Center with a seasonal mocktail.

The Menu:
Mocktail Sparkling Ginger Lemongrass Soda
First Course Kabocha-Coconut Soup, Lime-chili peanuts, Fried Thai Basil
Second Course Citrus Salad, Roasted Fennel, Watercress, Nouc Cham Vinaigrette, Crispy Shallots
Third Course Bo Kho (Vietnamese Beef Stew), Caramelized Carrots and Parsnips, Congee, Cilantro Pesto
Fourth Course Coconut Pandan Panna Cotta, Jasmine Shortbread Cookie
**Our Chef Dinner is a student led activity. We are restricted to making menu accommodations for vegetarian requests only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
