Dichotomy Vineyards: Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us at the Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course for another one of our delicious 5 course wine pairing dinners!

This round we'll be featuring wines from Washington's award winning Dichotomy Vineyards. Each wine will be perfectly paired with a dining course created by head chef Richard White himself. Hear all about the history of the vineyard, the background behind each wine, and tasting notes from Dichotomy representatives! PLUS, prize raffle drawings, bottles available for purchase, and more!

1ST COURSE
Chilled herbed prawns with fennel, grapefruit, and
arugula in a citrus dressing with radish microgreens,
pomegranate reduction and avocado mousse.

Butternut Squash Soup with apricot ginger
