El Mayor Tequila Dinner at Little Water Cantina
El Mayor is one of the select tequilas Little Water's Chef/Owner Shannon Wilkinson always keeps a bottle of at home! We are very excited and privileged to have Tequila Ambassador Graciela Gonzalez flying in from Mexico for this special event.
Graciela's family has been making tequila for 4 generations. She will be sharing her family's story, which is also a story about their fine tequila, El Mayor (http://elmayor.com) Chef Wilkinson has created a tasting menu paired with each tequila:
1. Welcome Cocktail
2. Albacore Tuna Ceviche with El Mayor Blanco
3. Pork Belly Tacos with El Mayor Reposado
4. Churros & Cajeta with El Mayor Anejo
5. Special After Dinner Drink: Extra Aged Anejo!
This event is limited to 20 people and will be held in the private lounge.
