Explore the classical cooking techniques of stock production, braising, poaching, sauté, and knife skills as well as kitchen and food safety during our Cooking 101 class with Chef Doug Cooperman. Working with a variety of ingredients, we will develop an understanding of the science of cooking and the fundamental concepts of success in a kitchen.
