A Celebration of Freedom Concert by Cumberland Community Band
In Celebration of Freedom, Cumberland Community Band warmly invites friends, families, and lovers of music to join us on Monday, June 17th at 6:30 pm for our annual Spring Concert. It will be held indoors this year at the Cumberland Center for the Arts in Greely High School, Cumberland Center, Maine.
Never forgetting wildly popular classics like Stars and Stripes Forever, we will be proudly presenting NEW music celebrating the cultural diversity of our great nation. In keeping with our stated mission of presenting compositions that have been written and/or arranged by underrepresented groups, these unique selections will excite listeners with their musical interpretations of Loons in the North Woods, or seminal moments in American history like the Stonewall Uprising.
