Cheese and tapas selections, gazpacho shots
Course 1: Skewer trio - patatas braves with garlic aioli dusted with smoked paprika and chives, gambas (shrimp) a ajillo, grilled pulpo (octopus) skewers over olive puree
Course 2: Pisto manchego - slow cooked in olive oil with fried quail egg and chorizo - served with rustic bread
Course 3: Paella in saffron broth with shrimp, mussels, clams and Spanish chorizo
Dessert: Crema Catalana custard topped with caramelized sugar and topped with berry compote
