1792 Bourbon Dinner

Join us on Wednesday, January 24 at One-Eyed Betty's for a special tasting event featuring a four-course dinner with select pours of limited-edition bourbons by 1792 Bourbon. This exclusive dinner features four courses designed to be paired with 1792's limited edition expressions, including 1792's Small Batch, Full Proof, Sweet Wheat, and Aged Twelve Years bottles. Tickets to this event are $110. Dinner begins at 7 p.m., with seating limited to 20 guests.

1792 Salad butter lettuce, mixed greens, red onion and blue cheese dressed with a raspberry-maple vinaigrette.

1792 Crostini Trio three loaded and toasted crostini topped with (one of each) 1) prosciutto, smoked gouda, arugula, balsamic glaze; 2) pecan-smoked bacon, ricotta, honey, crumbled pistachio; 3) smoked salmon, brie, capers, minced red onion, dill, lemon juice.

1792 Pork Loin pork loin roasted with honey mustard, served with an apple glaze, seared bok choy, mashed potato.

1792 Créme Brûlée rich and creamy vanilla custard topped with hardened, caramelized sugar.

1792 Small Batch: Sophisticated and complex, 1792's Small Batch is made from their signature "high rye" recipe and the marriage of select barrels. Spicy with caramel and vanilla flavors, this bourbon is brash and bold, yet smooth and balanced.

1792 Full Proof: Made using special filtering process, this is a full proof bourbon (125 barrel-entry proof) with full, rich and bold flavor. This bourbon has a deep and smoky taste, with notes of vanilla and caramel.

1792 Sweet Wheat: Crafted with wheat instead of rye, this bourbon has a softer, smooth taste with gentle layers of vanilla and caramel that are complemented by a touch of white oak tannins and dried fruit.

1792 Aged Twelve Years: 1792's "high rye" recipe aged for a dozen years in American white oak barrels to produce rich flavors of vanilla and cocoa for a full-bodied bourbon with delicate fruit notes and a smoky finish.
