"Welcome Home" Holiday Concert by Cumberland Community Band
Join us as we wear our glad holiday rags and pick up our instruments in celebration of the holiday season. It's time for the annual Cumberland Community Band holiday concert!
The concert theme this year is "Welcome Home" and will feature music to warm your heart and bring forth happy memories of holidays past with friends and family, while creating anticipation for upcoming celebrations.
New this year - our musicians look forward to playing for the audience in a sing-along of holiday favorites! Lyrics and surprises will be provided.
Most of our pieces will be new twists on old classics, or completely new arrangements, that are charming and lively in style - following our mission to support composers and arrangers who are under-represented in their field.
As always, our concerts are free and family-friendly. Held at the Greely Center for the Performing Arts at Greely High School in Cumberland Center, Maine, concert attendees will find ample parking and a handicap-accessible facility.
