Engineering-Construction

BIO: A proud San Diego native with over 10 years of industry experience, Rudy Zelaya has dedicated a significant portion of his career to the development of waterfront infrastructure. As Assistant Director of the Port of San Diego's Engineering-Construction Department, he is part of a team that plays a pivotal role in the shaping of San Diego's waterfront. Rudy is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) whose expertise covers both heavy-civil and vertical-building developments. He is excited to share any insights and engage in meaningful discussions at this upcoming event.
