An Evening in Paris: Chopin and Liszt
Enter the world of the Parisian salon, where the musical talents of iconic composers Chopin and Liszt are on full display. Join us October 7, for a virtuosic piano concert in an intimate setting with professional pianist Darin Niebuhr: An Evening in Paris.
During this salon-style concert, Mr. Niebuhr will lead the audience through the heady days of Paris in the 1830s, where wildly popular composers Frederic Chopin and Franz Liszt were the hottest tickets in town, and aristocrats would flock to see them perform live at parties and private gatherings. Witness the contrast between these two revered performers: the fiery theatricality and showmanship of Liszt, and the delicate simplicity and poeticism of Chopin.

Doors open at 6:30 pm; performance begins at 7 pm.
