Public House Summer Pig Out
Celebrate summer on Tuesday, August 15 as Public House Chef Darius Hamilton and his crew of natural born grillers host our first ever summer Pig Out hog roast and bourbon tasting dinner. Join us with our friends at Maker's Mark for a special family-style barbecue dinner with special drinks and bourbon flights. Chef Darius will prepare a slow-roasted pig to be carved in front of guests in our garden room, and served with a variety of cuts and homemade sauces. Gourmet sides include potato salad, stone fruit salad, green beans, baked brie and more. Each meal is accompanied by a special welcome drink and an assortment of small-batch bourbons by Maker's Mark. Cocktails and appetizers will be served prior to the main course. The event wraps up with banana cream pie for dessert, infused with a Maker's Mark mascarpone whip.
Tickets are $75 and include dinner, drinks and special gifts from Maker's Mark.
