Material Selection: The What/When/Where of Construction Materials - and Why

The aim of this course is to provide a foundation of knowledge to assist the DIYer in most small- or large-scale endeavors. We will cover as many of the basics as we can in the limited time available, with a Q&A period at the end if you have any specific questions that were not covered.

The class is offered with a sliding-scale fee structure to help increase accessibility. Please consider paying more to help cover the cost of hosting this class, if you are able.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you have signed up for a class but are unable to attend, please email info@westphillytools.org to cancel your enrollment. For cancellation requests received at least one week before the class, we will refund the full ticket price, less non-refundable service fees collected by BrownPaperTickets (typically $2.50 - $4 per ticket). We are unable to guarantee refunds for cancellation requests received less than seven days before the date of the class, although we will do our best to accommodate late cancellations if we are able to fill your spot. **Tickets are transferable** -- Please notify us at info@westphillytools.org prior to the class if someone else will be attending in your stead and provide the attendee's name and email address.
