Hood Canal Summerfest and Car show - Car Show Registration

Summerfest is a very popular annual summer festival that takes place at Belfair State Park on the second Saturday in August. 2023's event will be on Saturday August 12th. Vendors and car owners have the opportunity to interact with thousands of people.

Car Registration is $25.00 and includes 2 beer garden tickets
Gates open at 7:00am
Car registration closes at 10:00am.
There are a limited number of spaces available. Please register early in order to ensure you spot in the show.
Each judged category is $25.00
All vehicles will also be eligible for People's Choice, Best Presentation and Best in Show Overall awards at no additional charge.

No refunds for car show registrations. This is a fundraiser for community projects and scholarships, so your registration fee will go to a good cause.
Live music will be playing throughout the day and the car show will end early afternoon.

Event Terms and Conditions:
North Mason Rotary Club reserves the right to use any photos they may take of you/or your vehicle. This would only be used in publicity of this event, also to thank this years entrants and sponsors.

In consideration of acceptance of this entry and the rights of the participant, entrant on entrants own behalf and on behalf of entrants guests and other participants does hereby unconditionally agree to fully release, discharge, and hold harmless the host group (North Mason Rotary Club) and all of the events sponsors, participants, and anyone else connected with the Hood Canal Summerfest and Car Show, from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims of any cause and participants. North Mason Rotary is not responsible for any lost or stolen items prior, during and after the event, or any damages to vehicles prior, during and after the event. There shall be no alcohol, drugs, or firearms on the premises (other than that sold by the event organizers). We ask that you observe all safety and traffic regulations, safety rules and fire ordinances. We will do all we can to ensure a successful event and one to remember. This is a rain or shine event. Due to the nature of this event (a Non-Profit Fundraiser) fees are non-refundable.

Proceeds
Proceeds from this event go to support Veterans Village in Shelton and North Mason High School Scholarships as well as other North Mason Rotary Club charitable programs.
