ALL LEVELS WELCOME EXCEPT FIRST TIMERS. Although this will be an all levels yoga class I expect you to know what a downward facing dog is at the very least. Options will be given for different levels. This will be done in the dark in black light set to the likes of Immortal, Wolves in the Throneroom, Blut Aus Nord, Ulver, Satyricon, Nachtmystium, Fyrnask, etc. Yay!

Please be aware there are NO REFUNDS. Consider this like going to a show, if you buy tickets to a show & then dont go, they dont give you a refund! However you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend, just have them say your name at the door thats on the will call list.

Yoga instructor Melody Henry has been practicing yoga in many different forms since 1991 and has been teaching yoga, mostly Vinyasa, since 2002. She holds over 500 hours of yoga-specific teacher training, in addition completed a year-long Sanskrit immersion, a year-long esoteric studies program & is certified in Trauma-informed Yoga, is certified reiki practitioner and crystal healer and also holds multiple certifications and trainings in many other physical mediums such as pilates, group fitness, as well as personal training.
