Spring Capstone Dinner
Join us for our final event of the year!
Enjoy passed hors'doeuvres at 5:45 in the Culinary Arts Garden with live music and mocktails.
Dinner begins at 6pm

First course:
~Caprese Salad
Second Course:
~Alaskan King Salmon with Beet Risotto & Lemon Beurre Blanc
Third Course:
~Blackberry Cobbler with Lemon Black Pepper Ice Cream and Candied Lemon
**Our Guest Chef Dinner is a student led activity. We are restricted to making menu accommodations for vegetarian requests only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The Spring Capstone is the finale or our Guest Chef Dinner Series. The series provides an opportunity for students to work with highly acclaimed industry chefs and are held periodically throughout the school year. The Spring Capstone is 100% student led.
Fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom and dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
