In this telecourse, we will work together to make your health and personal goals a reality. This telecourse offers a cost effective way to improve your health and happiness in a small supportive environment.
Over the course of four (4) ninety-minute teleclasses, you will benefit from interactive education and action oriented steps focused on healthy eating principles based on a fresh fruits and vegetables; whole grains; healthy fats and oils; natural sweetners; organic dairy products; and organic eggs, meat, and wild seafood. You will learn creative ways of making positive changes that nourish you and how to crowd out old toxic ways.
Following a step-by-step approach, we will cover:
