Fearless: Dark Side Turns 50

In March of 1973, progressive rock pioneers Pink Floyd released their masterpiece Dark Side of the Moon. It would go on to sell over 45 million copies worldwide as of this writing. For almost 14 years, it stayed on the charts when re-emerging to increase its dominance for over 900 plus weeks. It was nominated for a Grammy and went on to top the Billboard charts beating Alice Coopers Million Dollar Baby and Elvis: Live from Hawaii. Their 1st hit single Money would merge within the top 10. 50 years later, Pink Floyd tribute bands, fans, and scholars still consider Dark Side of the Moon one of the most recognizable albums to ever be recorded.

50 years later, a group of talent musicians from the North New Jersey area have decided to come together to bring Pink Floyds music to life for one night only. This performance will be a 2 hour experience of not just the full live version of Dark Side, but an assortment of Floyd classics albums such as The Wall, Meddle, Piper At the Gates of Dawn, Animals, Wish You Were Here, and Momentary Lapse of Reason. This event will be taking place Friday June 23rd, 2023 from Tierney's Tavern.
