Intro to Saws (2 day class)

**This class will take place over two days, on Saturday September 30th AND Sunday, October 1st from 10am-12:30pm on both days**

In this class you will learn how to safely use a Miter Saw (a.k.a..Chop Saw), a Table Saw, and a Circular Saw while building a simple and sturdy bench / shoe shelf to take home with you. The cost of the class is based on a sliding scale between $75 and $115, and includes a $35 materials fee to cover the cost of lumber and fasteners. Please consider paying more to cover the costs of hosting this class, if you are able.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you have signed up for a class but are unable to attend, please email info@westphillytools.org to cancel your enrollment. For cancellation requests received at least one week before the class, we will either issue a credit towards a future class, or refund the full ticket price, less service fees collected by BrownPaperTickets (typically $2.50 - $4 per ticket). We are unable to guarantee credit or refunds for cancellation requests received less than seven days before the date of the class, although we will do our best to accommodate late cancellations if we are able to fill your spot. Tickets are transferable; please notify us at info@westphillytools.org prior to the class if someone else will be attending in your stead and provide the attendees name and email address.
