ALL LEVELS WELCOME EXCEPT FIRST TIMERS. Although this will be an all levels yoga class I expect you to know what a downward facing dog is. Options will be given for different levels. This will be done in the dark in black light set to the likes of Immortal, Wolves in the Throneroom, Blut Aus Nord, Ulver, Satyricon, Nachtmystium, Fyrnask, etc. Yay!

There are NO REFUNDS. Consider this like going to a show, once you reserve your spot if you dont show up thats your loss. You are welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend.

Yoga instructor Melody Henry has been practicing yoga in many different forms since 1991 and has been teaching yoga, mostly Vinyasa, since 2002. She holds over 500 hours of yoga-specific teacher training, is currently enrolled in a year-long Sanskrit immersion, a year-long esoteric studies program, is a seasoned tarot reader, reiki practitioner and crystal healer and also holds multiple certifications and trainings in many other physical mediums such as pilates, group fitness instructor, Reiki, and personal training.
