Your meal will include your entree choice, rolls and butter, coffee, tea or iced tea, and a dessert.

1: Citrus Herbed Chicken: chicken breast marinated in fresh citrus and herbs, served with rice pilaf, and fresh vegetables

2: Salmon with Cucumber Relish: baked salmon with cucumber relish on the side, served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetables

3: Vegetarian Entree: Chef's Choice Pasta and fresh vegetables
