1/4 mile walk into Burfoot Park. Learn the ancient Japanese practice of forest bathing. Using all 5 senses have a deeply meditative experience of the forest with an experienced leader. Known health and mental health benefits.
Please no Pets or children under age 14. Bring a water bottle.
park at the lower (further back) parking lot and meet by those bathroom to begin our adventure.
