WE Power Food & S.G. Atkins Community Development Corporation's Women's Empowerment Expo
We want to EMPOWER you!
Join WE Power Food as we partner with the women of the SG Atkins Community Development Center, their Shared-Use Kitchen, Women's Business Center and The Enterprise Conference & Event Center to present our 2023 Spring Empowerment Expo. Funded by NC IDEA, this event welcomes all women from any location in North Carolina to spend time networking, learning, being inspired and expanding the marketing reach of their food products.
Whether honing an idea or producing many years, WE Power Food will address many specifics of the food industry - and how YOU can be empowered in your journey. This daylong event will offer speakers, support agencies, troubleshooting, over-coming roadblocks and more. (Details on speakers will be added very soon!) . Your Empowerment Expo begins Thursday, 04MAY, with a Meet & Greet Social in the evening, from 5:30pm - 8pm. This exceptional event is hosted by the Empowered Women of SG Atkins Community Development Corporation and will be held at The Enterprise Center Community Garden in Winston-Salem. After this event, stay and enjoy live music in the Garden. Food trucks and beverage trucks will be there for tasty purchases. Registration for this event includes a meal ticket.
Friday begins with a "Morning Mix & Mingle" from 8-9am. The Empowerment Expo is from 9am - 4pm. Topics include:

SERVICE & RESOURCE PROVIDERS: If you are interested in one of the limited exhibitor tables, please meet one of these criteria: I provide resources, support or networking to women in the food industry. Please, no retailers. You may purchase an Exhibitor Space by contacting WE Power Food: info@wepowerfood.org -please note, any additional table help will need to purchase a standard Expo ticket.
