Caspar Community and Mendocino Trail Stewards present a
Valentine's Dinner by Dalen & the Caspar Kitchen Crew
and Concert with Alice DiMicele.
Dinner at 5 pm, Concert at 7 pm.
Price: $30 dinner, $20 concert, $45 for both.

There will be one seating for dinner pre concert with:
Winter salad served with house made sourdough bread & a choice of:
Chicken Marsala: slow cooked organic chicken in a mushroom wine sauce, served over creamy polenta along with roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze (GF)
OR
Butternut squash risotto served with maple pecans and roasted broccoli (vegan and GF)
For dessert your choice of tiramisu or chocolate mousse (vegan and GF)
