Annual Ice Bar at The Brunswick Hotel

The Brunswick Hotel and Noble Kitchen & Bar invite the public to embrace the chilly winter weather and join them at their 12th annual Ice Bar, held Feb. 3rd & 4th from 5-9 p.m. each night.

Guests are encouraged to make the most of winter weather with specialty cocktails and local beer at the carved ice bar on the hotels patio and other wonderful creations provided by Noble Kitchen.

This years Ice Bar will take you to the Northern Hemisphere to see the shimmering display of the aurora borealis and the Vikings that settled there. Guests are encouraged to make the most of the winter weather with our featured cocktails and local craft brews at the carved ice bar with a Viking themed luge, on the hotel's patio. Ticket prices this year include hors d'oeuvres that will be offered throughout the evening (5:30 - 8:30), including oysters on the half shell, arctic chowder, mashed potato bar, and other Chef composed dishes.

Ice Bar attendees will be treated to live entertainment from HAMBONE on Friday evening and HELLO NEWMAN (voted Best Local Musician/Band 2022) on Saturday.

Ticket prices are $62 per person and include all food and one drink token.
