Aswat Ensemble performs the greatest hits of renowned Egyptian composter Baligh Hamdi (1932-1993)
Born in Cairo, Hamdi began making music at the age of 9 and went on to compose some of the Arab world most memorable hits for singers such as Um Kulthoum, Abdel Halim Hafez, Shadia, Warda, and many more.
