Demystifying Communication -- Rudy Xavier

The impact of anything you say may depend on how well you understand the generation of the person to whom you speak or write. Whether you are trying to communicate with your grandson or your grandmother, (or someone their ages), being able to tailor your communication to match that generation's values and even media preferences can make a big difference. This course will help to translate generational knowledge into practical information people can use to communicate from generation to generation.

This course will help you understand the Influencers, Attributes, Communication Styles, Values, even work ethic of the 6 generations alive today. Learn surprising information about creating understanding and agreement with ease and satisfaction and how best to connect with all the people upon whom you depend --and those who depend on you. A useful class for honing your life skills.

Rudy Xavier, B.A. (Premed), M.A.(Psych), MSc-(Computer Science) enjoyed a high-achievement career at DEC, Honeywell & Xerox Corp., targeting scientific & medical software. A determined student of design genius Buckminster Fuller & generational marketing pioneer Ann A. Fishman, Rudy is also trained in psychology, computational linguistics, & data visualization. In this course, he will draw you a communications "map," to help you communicate effectively with all who are important to you.
