Audio Air Force presents "The Radio Version of It's a Wonderful Life"
The radio version of Its a Wonderful Life was produced on network radio in 1947 to promote the movies re-release to theaters in smaller towns, after its initial release in large cities. The radio version featured Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed, who starred in the movie. We will be using the original script used on network radio in the 40s.
The show on Dec. 16, will also feature some original audio theater written by members of the Audio Air Force including continuing the series of the Lansing Guild of High Theatre with a holiday performance, as only they can do.
