Meet Your Rhythm online Cacao Ceremony

Join me for the first Meet Your Rhythm Cacao Ceremony where we will celebrate Winter Solstice as I teach you how to access the inherent rhythm within.

Music, Movement, Rhythm and Sound has had THE biggest impact on my personal development and I want to share it with you. In creating freedom for expression music gifted me liberation from addiction, suppression, oppression and more.

I was told at age 14 that I was not allowed to take music as a GCSE in school, which led me down a long road to find my own ways to go on this vast musical study.

17 years later and almost 10 years in and out of learning music in different forms and from many traditions and cultures, it is my deepest calling to share the songs of this journey with you.

I am passionate to pass on these teachings but not with out adding that discipline and joy are inseparable companions on this path. Music is in our bones but it takes a little work to access that, this is the essence of my teachings.

Like in any heros journey it can be difficult and at times you might want to give up, however, I want you to be as lucky as I have been and find the teacher that encourages you to carry on and believe in your self.

In this ceremony you will learn:

- How to bring your heart and mind into cohesion in preparation for this practice
- How to ground into the sound of your own voice
- How to drop into a full body immersive experience with music
- How to use simple body percussion to open up the music in you

If you are ready to put your trust in yourself, the God-given gift that you are, come and join me to embody musical divinity in you!

We will set intentions, dance, sing, laugh and cry all to realise that the music in us is already there.
