Holidays in the Valley
SFVMC's annual holiday music concert is back! Featuring classic Christmas carols arranged by our associate artistic director, John Bergquist, with a brass quartet from the LA Winds ensemble. You'll enjoy an evening of classical singing with brass and organ accompaniment to John Rutter's "Gloria"; some comical, light-hearted songs such as "Chanukah in Santa Monica"; an original 40's-inspired piece by our pianist, Bob Remstein, "Guess Who's Comin'"; and an original holiday composition by our composer in residence, Sergio Barer, "Hanukkah, an Inspiration."
Don't forget to wear your best "ugly" sweater for the "Ugly Sweater Competition" at the end of the show!
