Welcome the season of darkness and release in this online event, suitable for ages 12 and up. We'll reflect on the earth's position during Winter Solstice, then stretch our bodies, imaginations, & intentions to release into the gifts of this longest night.

Led by Rene De Los Santos and Beth Amsbary.
Rene (pronouns he/him) is the Bilingual Whole Person Health Navigator for YMCA of Greater Seattle and a member of Gathering Grounds Leadership Team. Rene is an avid hiker, yogi, dancer and advocate for human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion.
Beth (pronouns she/her) is the Convener of Gathering Ground. By background she is a story teller, non-profit worker, and informal science educator (that one was a surprise!). Beth loves watching birds, losing at board games, and living without a car.
Contributions are welcomed to meet our costs. Everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to pay.
