Tara Prosperity Initiation (In-Person)

We are honored and delighted that H.E. Khöndung Avikrita Vajra Rinpoche has kindly agreed to bestow a special Tara initiation for members before returning to India.

Tara is the enlightened goddess embodying the altruistic activities of all the Buddhas. In the particular form being bestowed this Sunday, she is known as "Norjinma" in Tibetan: She Who Grants Prosperity; the swift rescuer who dispels all deprivation - material, emotional and spiritual. This is considered especially relevant during challenging times for practitioners to overcome obstacles to their practice and the flourishing of the Dharma.

Attendees must be vegetarian for the day. The samaya will be to renew the commitment to bodhicitta.
