Some people suffer head injuries and can suddenly speak French, play a musical instrument, or visualize quadratic equations. Elizabeth kept waiting for that to happen. Instead, she got mind-blowing migraines, neurofatigue, dysautonomia, synesthesia, and such insanely heightened senses she could rule the Marvel Universe. Like Rip Van Winkle, who woke to discover he had missed twenty years of his life, Elizabeth comes out of concussion recovery to find her world completely altered. "Con*Cussed" is a hilariously painful and ridiculously true story of healing that explores questions of how we perceive reality.

Emerging Artists returns with their one-of-a-kind festival. Visit the theater any evening during this three-week event, and you'll find yourself transported in a number of surprising ways: by a single performer embodying a whole host of characters; by a more experimental theater piece "done differently" that challenges and delights; by a cozy two-person show exploring relationships; or perhaps by a bouncy new musical that will have you humming. Emerging Artists has always been about new works, new talents, new voices. That's never been more evident than now.
