Perhaps the greatest klezmer band not currently deceased, Michael Winograd & the Honorable Mentshn schlep up three flights of stairs to the massive roof deck overlooking Patterson Park for a sunset klezmer party. Come ready to dance.
About the band: Described by one wag as the Lebron James of Klezmer Winograd is one of the leading klezmer musicians of his generation. Fresh off two years of sitting around the house and thinking about what it would be like to play live shows again, your favorite Brooklyn Klezmer band is thrilled to be out and about, hitting the road with new records in hand. Clarinetist Michael Winograd is joined by trombonist Daniel Blacksberg, accordionist Ira Temple, pianist Carmen Staaf, bassist Zoe Guigueno and, drummer David Licht.

This is a limited attendance event and advance purchase is encouraged.
