Canyon Ladies at the Academy Theatre SVS

Canyon Ladies exists as a heartfelt tribute to the amazing women who, as singer/songwriters
and performers, made such an enduring contribution to the legacy of the Laurel Canyon musical
scene of the 1960s and 70s. These artists include Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Linda Ronstadt,
Emmylou Harris, Bonnie Raitt, Judy Collins, Jackie DeShannon and others. Joined in their love of
this music are Berné Poliakoff (Vocals), Susan Bennett (Vocals, Keyboards), Rick Hinkle (Vocals,
Guitar and other), Margot Bernstein (Vocals, Guitar) and John Lewis (Drums). Their seasoned
and talented performances help to keep this music vital to audiences of all ages.
