Pop's for Italian welcomes Ferndale's own B.Nektar for a special 5-course dinner.
The chef will be creating 5 innovative meals to pair with the selected B Nektar specialties

Citrus Salad - Butter Lettuce, Red Onion, Fried Goat Cheese, Bacon Vinaigrette, Honey Granules

Candied Pork Belly - Pan Fried, Brown Sugar Glaze, Green Mango, Chili Pepper

Shrimp Puff - Garlic, Shallot, Ginger. Melted Uncured Pancetta, Thai Basil
Paired with Lemon Basil Mead

Braised Pork Cheeks - Mexican Chocolate Glaze, Hard Spices, Steamed Rice, Red Apple Strings
Paired with: The Dude's Rug

Mixed Berry Sorbet - Pork Craklin, Black Pepper Shortbread
