Songwriting camp for drummers

In this camp we will learn how to use Logic Pro X, learn the Recording man set up for drums, compose a song and track live drums to it. At the end of the camp we will have a big listening party of everyone's songs and share what we took away from the camp.

This will be a 5 day participation camp with one day for family and friends to join in the listening party.

We have two combo times with group classes of up to 4 people for each combo.

(Combo Times)
Combo A starts at 9am and goes to 12pm

Combo B starts at 12:30pm and goes till 3:30pm

(Week Schedule) June 13th - 19th
Monday June 13th - First introduction camp overview and

Tuesday June 14th - Learning Logic Basics/Recording techniques for drums

Weds June 15th - Overview Logic Basics / Songwriting concepts

Thursday June 16th - Continue Songwriting concepts / Starting to write your song
(You will sign up for tracking the next day, each student will get two hours to record there song start to finish)

Friday June 17th - 1 on 1 Tracking day

Saturday June 18th - OFF

Sunday June 19th - Listening Party at 5pm at Ong Drum Studio

**All students must have basic drum set skills and know how to play multiple drum grooves.

***Ages 10 and up are welcome
