Join us when MCC's faculty Richard Tobiasz presents "Plants, Gardens, The Forest and Shinrin Yoku" on January 19, 2023
Humans and plants were a lot more connected than you'd think! Learn about the benefits of shinrin yoku (forest bathing) for mental and physical wellbeing, explore the simple structure and function of plants, and discover how plants can improve your health and help modify climate change.
