Himchuli means the snow-covered peak of a mountain, and with over 15 years of experience in Indian and Nepali cuisine, Khagendra Gurung, aka KG opened Himchuli to offer peak quality food and service. KG comes from a family of restaurateurs that have been in Colorado for over a decade. With colorful decor, an expert Nepali & Indian cook staff rounded out with a rotating list of fine wines and signature cocktails - we invite you to experience the height of Indian cuisine.

Paul John Indian Single Malt is non-chilled filtered and there are no additives.
