Releasing Grief and Loss and Embracing Bliss

It has been a time of great shift on our Planet. We have all experienced so much change. With these shifts and changes, there have been unforeseen silver linings but also a tremendous amount of loss and grief. In this experiential workshop, we will use movement, somatic, embodied practices, meditation, laughter, visualization and creativity to release trauma in the body and allow for more joy to express.

We create a safe and supportive environment to explore undreamed of possibilities of integrating body, mind, and spirit in simple ways you will be able to incorporate into your daily life and practices.

Lisa and Natalia recently published their first book and launched their own publishing company. The book, "Signs & Symbols of our Ancestors: An Illustrated Collection of Sacred Stories" will be referenced during the workshop but not necessary for attendance.
