Michael Turner is retiring to his country home with its generations of memories. His only child is soon to leave for Yale, his over-bearing college roommate arrives for an extended stay and his successful novelist stepmother unexpectedly visits from France. Will this complicate Michaels plan to settle in and write his great American novel?
