An Evening with Sushi, Cocktails & Tommy the Fishmonger
Join Tommy the Fishmonger, Beam-Suntory Spirits and Chef Anthony Pascale and the crew at Saiko Sake & Sushi Bar for an evening of sushi and cocktails.
We'll procure a whole tuna fresh off the boat from one of San Diego's local commercial fisherman. Watch us break it down and create five courses of sushi, Saiko-style, paired with our own take on classic cocktails.
