All levels fire hoop workshop

Come one, come all! Been wanting to learn to hula hoop a plastic circle lit ablaze? Here's your chance!

This workshop will begin with a fire safety overview and a warm-up. Participants will spend time practicing with their unlit fire hoops before taking turns lighting them up!

Beginners should expect to learn the basics, while participants with more experience will be introduced to more advanced tricks and techniques. Everyone is welcome!

WEAR: natural fibers - nothing synthetic! ladies (and gents) with long hair might also want to bring a hair tie/hat

BRING: a fire hoop and duvetyne (fire blanket) if you own one, water, a smile

Your instructor, Miss Moflow, has been hooping for 7 years and began performing as part of fire & flow in 2011. Though the hoop was her first love, Miss Moflow now performs with fire fans, fire rings, flow wand, flags, and staff. She has graced the stages of local venues such as The Trocadero, Adelphia's, and Xfinity LIVE! and worked with clients such as Fireball Whisky, Linvilla Orchards, and Highmark, Inc. Miss Moflow is extremely grateful for the connections she has made while performing, and looks forward finding out to what her future as a holds.
