Class includes an opening meditation, qi gong exercises in movement and sound, and form work. Sessions are enhanced through music, poetry, and discussion of Chinese characters and philosophy. Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.

The accessible entrance is on the south side of the western wall of the building (the one facing our parking lot). From the lobby, take the elevator from the ground level to the 1st floor. The ballroom is out the elevator and to the left three times in quick succession. The ballroom is essentially located behind the elevator on the 1st floor.
