Cacao ceremony With Hannah Rebecca
I am super excited to announce the first in a looong time in person Cacao Ceremony at Stockport's Vernon Mill, Manchester.
We will be gathering from 4:30pm ready to sit in circle for 5:00pm.
The ceremony will consist of an intention setting circle with an introduction to ceremonial grade cacao and my self, body scan and crystal bowl sound healing, ecstatic dance, kirtan, sharing circle and organic vegan meal.
What to bring:
A note pad and pen incase you wish to write down insights and inspirations
A blanket to keep you warm during the sound journey
Something comfortable to sit on eg. meditation cushion or cushion etc
Any crystals or scared objects that you would like to be infused by the ceremonial magick that we will be creating
The ceremony will be ending and 8:30pm for Organic Vegan dinner until 9:00pm onwards
Im counting the days to be with you, sing with you, dance with and sit in sacred circle with you
