Grade 11 Play: The Wave of the Sea-Wolf
Seattle Waldorf High School's Class of 2023 will present "The Wave of the Sea-Wolf" for their Class Play. "The Wave of the Sea-Wolf," based on the David Wisniewski story of the same name, draws from Tlingit legend and history, and tells a story of geologic change and colonization. The Tlingit are one of the indigenous people of the Pacific Northwest Coast; their land encompasses a long stretch of coastline along British Columbia and Alaska.
The play is approximately 20 minutes long. Audience members may stand or be seated during the performance; the performance will be held outdoors in Magnuson Park on the waterfront just north of Seattle Waldorf High School. Please dress for the weather and/or bring umbrellas!
